Chris and the team provided an exceptional service, from concept to final result. They had amazing communication, went above and beyond what was excepted of them, and provided a service with quality finishes. I would highly recommend them to anyone doing renovation or building. We engaged Chris and the amazing team at C&K Concepts for a full house renovation on our three bed, 1 bath post war home in Seven Hills.  Our primary goal was to increase the existing space to include a second smaller bathroom and open up the house to encourage more natural light. We couldn’t be happier with the result; our home has been transformed into a stunning contemporary living space that our family enjoys immensely.  Throughout the process, Chris was considerate of the stress a reno can inflict, not just to us but also our neighbours, and took into consideration that the house is post war and came with ‘old bone’ challenges. Chris were a pleasure to work with right from the get-go from quoting, walking us through the build process, collaborating on the design right through to those important details and final touches.  Nothing was ever too much trouble, the team always left the site tidy, were a pleasure to deal with on the day to day and were always professional and courteous. Our job was completed in a timely manner, and we came in on budget! Chris was wonderful to work with from the first point of contact. He is an out of the box thinker and nothing I wanted was too difficult for him. All the tradesmen he works with are fun and respectful and excellent at their jobs. The complete bathroom renovation is everything I ever dreamed of. We approached Chris from C&K Concepts last minute as our original builder pulled out of the job. From the start Chris was enthusiastic and really approachable. He suggested extra ideas to our plan including a skylight which has been a game changer to our bathroom and went out of his way to accommodate us on a very short time frame. He also helped us with a walk in robe area next to the bathroom. His team were all professional and friendly. We have just completed two bathrooms, a laundry and a walk in robe renovation with Chris and are beyond happy with the finished rooms. This fantastic result can be attributed to not only his personal attention to detail as a builder but also the care that he has taken in selecting trades who contract to him for tiling, plumbing, electrical, screens, plastering and cabinetry fit outs. Every person who was scheduled to be here arrived when they said they would, did an incredible job and worked seamlessly with the other trades. All our requests were honoured and additional suggestions made to maximise the space and create a truly personalised prestige finish. Great care was taken to limit disruption to our family and the rest of our home, and Chris along with all the trades organised by him, showed courtesy and respect to our young family. For three fully renovated wet areas along with other corresponding remodels, we could not have asked for a more streamlined and smooth process and have to credit this to the professional and personalised manner in which Chris ran our project. C&K concepts were an absolute dream to engage and work with on our recent 2 bathroom, powder room and laundry rip out and replace project. Chris is responsive and wonderfully competent in his craft. Having an old Queenslander brings challenges at pretty much every turn, but Chris and his group of awesome tradies tackled them like pure professionals.  Everyone that entered my home were respectful and polite, and even during the torrential rain, the property remained clean. I  really trusted Chris and his opinions / feedback and feel the finished product is a testament to that. Their professional approach to tackling projects, handling any challenge that came their way and completing the remodel within the time frame proposed made the experience rewarding in every way. We have recently used C&K Concepts to do a total renovation of our main bathroom and ensuite. I did a lot of research before selecting  this company and read a lot of reviews and I was so pleased I picked Chris to do our renovations. Right from the start Chris was very responsive to my email and we arranged an inspection and quote. As we were getting these bathrooms renovated due to leaking shower bases, Chris assured me that he does the waterproofing himself and is very particular in regards to this. Chris understood my vision of what I wanted to create and delivered my perfect bathrooms. By doing the two bathrooms at once, the quote was fair and reasonable. Chris is very easy going and communication was excellent, letting me know who and what tradies were coming each day. Chris and his team of tilers, plumbers, electricians, plasters and painters were all very well mannered and cleaned up after themselves each day. C&K Concepts have a great instagram account as well. We used C&K Concepts for our recent bathroom renovation and were blown away with the result and professionalism shown by Chris and his team. We had a really tight timeframe and the guys managed every aspect of the job brilliantly to have the renovations completed within two weeks. Chris and his team were easy to communicate with throughout the entire process, and a pleasure to have in our home. They were always punctual and kept the work site clean every day. For the minor problems that arose with our older house, they navigated these with ease. The quality of finish and attention to detail shown is second to none. We still stare at our new bathroom in awe and the feedback from other people we get is “Wow, this is beautiful!” The team at C&K Concepts have standards just as high as ours, and very competitive prices.
