ABOUT THE RENOVATION
Tucked into a quiet pocket of Hamilton, this home has been transformed from the ground up, with a full internal renovation and a striking second-storey addition.
Behind a restrained facade of natural stone, curved render and vertical battens, the interiors are calm and light-filled: warm timber floors, soft neutral finishes and spaces that flow effortlessly from one to the next.
The main suite is a private retreat, with a dressing room of full-height joinery, a skylit ensuite with a freestanding bath, and an in-home sauna.
